you want to be the go-to expert

I want to help you use video to get there

I started my training in television broadcasting over two decades ago. I’ve helped create programmes that run the gamut from home improvement to the Six Nations (Rugby) commercials to behind the scenes of Doctor Who, Torchwood and Merlin. Not bad for a camera-shy introvert.

Now I work with entrepreneurs wanting to position themselves as the expert in their niche, helping them create and leverage video for their business that’s engaging, on-brand, and effective. I’m passionate about inspiring women to use video for their business to help them grow and scale.

I’m here to help you produce great DIYed video that you enjoy creating, that your audience love, and that drives traffic and clients to your website. Read more about my services, pick up one of my detailed guides or self-study classes, and make sure to join my list where I regularly share real-world insights around video, strategy, and building a business you love.

Introvert and former camera-shy television professional, Tors Grantham is passionate about inspiring women to use video for their business. She started her training in television broadcasting over two decades ago, working with companies like the BBC to produce high quality content for national broadcast. Tors started Stiwdio43 to help educate and support industry experts, innovators, thought leaders and change makers in the use of goal-driven video and creative on-brand content.

Tors' unique perspective - prioritising audience experience over production values - makes video accessible, scalable and effective for the creator and the viewer. She weaves her experience in the professional broadcasting industry together with her training in communication to create a content-focused approach to video that stands out from competitors’. Tors shares her insights into on-camera communication, positioning, video production, and strategy through one-on-one coaching and mentoring, as well as group programmes and self-study resources.

Her personal battle to feel confident on camera gives her insight into the fear many experience around video, and her coaching is designed to help business owners own their impact, authority and expertise on camera without increasing their anxiety.

An avid podcast listener, Tors also runs a podcast production agency called Podcastology. After realising how podcasts helped her change her mindset around business, she started her own podcast, Video Matters, as a way of educating business owners without requiring a high time commitment. She’s brought everything she learned about audio from her past life in television and combined it with her experiences producing her own podcast to create an agency designed to support podcasters with their content needs.

Tors lives in south Wales with her direwolf, Bear, and they can usually be found wandering the mountains whatever the weather. A lover of sassy tees, Pimms cocktails, and a good book, she would often prefer to be curled up on the couch but admits the views are worth getting rained on.

stiwdio studio

Stiwdio is the Welsh word for studio, a fitting choice for a video marketing company based in south Wales. In Welsh, a w is pronounced oo, and the emphasis is on the last syllable instead of the first. Stiwdio is therefore pronounced stoo-d-io.
